Refund policy

-Unfortunately orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

  1. Refund requests must be made within 20 days of purchase.
  2. Refunds will only be issued for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened or used.
  4. Customer is responsible for "return shipping costs".
  5. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned product.
  6. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  7. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a store credit of equal value.
  8. Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved at the discretion of the company management.
  9. This policy is subject to change without notice.
