Refund policy
-Unfortunately orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Refund requests must be made within 20 days of purchase.
- Refunds will only be issued for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened or used.
- Customer is responsible for "return shipping costs".
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned product.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a store credit of equal value.
- Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved at the discretion of the company management.
